Our Support Center is arranged by product name. Each product has various support files, software updates, and classroom materials listed in its directory. Updaters are listed as either .sit (Macintosh) file or .zip (Windows) files. Selecting the appropriate updater, by double clicking on it, will download it to your local computer's default download location. Run the program to perform the appropriate update. Be sure to read and follow any README files that may accompany the downloads. If the system running one of our programs is Macintosh OS X, Windows 2000 or XP be sure to run any available updaters found for your particualr software. If there is no updater, updates are either not necessary or currently under development.
